Entrée (Choose One) Gus’ Meatloaf: The founders original recipe, zesty & spicy served with mashed potatoes and vegetables Roast Loin of Pork: Slow roasted bone-in loin of pork served with mashed potatoes and sauerkraut Roast Beef: thinly sliced roast beef topped with Gus’ Gravy served with mashed potatoes and vegetables Stuffed Filet of Sole: Twin filets of sole stuffed with a crabmeat stuffing served with mashed potatoes and vegetables Pesto Salmon: Pesto encrusted filet of Atlantic Salmon served with mashed potatoes and vegetables Broiled Filet of Cod: Twin filets of cod broiled and served with mashed potatoes and vegetables Hungarian Goulash: Hungarian style beef stew made with sautéed onions and flavored with paprika served with spaetzle & red cabbage Sauerbraten: (German for sour roast) Beef eye round marinated in a pickled vinegar brine and roasted served with red cabbage and potato dumpling.
